Return and Refund Policy

Because every piece is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging, when applicable
To start a return, contact us at super.mangmail@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloads
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered
- Items returned outside the return window
- Shipping fees, shipping protection, or handling fees
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at super.mangmail@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging, if damaged
- A photo of the shipping label, if available
If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right by offering a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or the order was canceled before shipment.
Please allow time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to size, fit, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
If the return is due to a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, cultstar will cover the standard return shipping cost or provide a return label when applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. cultstar is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed because inventory may be limited.
If you need a different size, color, or item, contact us at super.mangmail@gmail.com. If the requested item is available, we may offer an exchange. If it is not available, we may issue a refund for the eligible returned item.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at super.mangmail@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or placed into production, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing or shipping time, we will contact you with an update. You may choose to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
cultstar is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is missing after being marked delivered, contact the shipping carrier first for assistance.
