Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with cultstar. cultstar is an independent, artist-owned and operated store. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Processing Times
All orders are printed and fulfilled by our production partner. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, with delivery in 5–10 business days for US orders. International delivery times vary by destination. Posters are shipped in protective rigid mailers or tubes to prevent bending. Album art prints are shipped flat in rigid cardboard mailers. Tracking is provided for all orders.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping costs may vary based on the customer’s location, selected shipping method, order weight, package size, and available carrier rates.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before shipment or the item was confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under our Return and Refund Policy.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Estimated delivery times vary by shipping carrier and shipping method. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on the destination and available carrier options at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
cultstar is not responsible for customs delays, rejected customs payments, or packages held by international customs offices.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after a label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
cultstar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at super.mangmail@gmail.com. We will try to update the address before shipment, but changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, we may offer to reship the order.
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the package.
If the customer does not want the order reshipped, eligible refunds will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
cultstar is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building, mailroom, front desk, local post office, or shipping carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier to file a missing package claim.
cultstar may assist with reasonable carrier claim information when available, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at super.mangmail@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging, if damaged
- A photo of the shipping label, if available
If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right by offering a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, and other events outside our control may affect delivery times.
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an update. You may choose to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at super.mangmail@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or placed into production, cancellation is not guaranteed.
